Grayling Awarded Best Business Communications Agency in Eastern Europe
Grayling has been named Best Business Communications Agency by the 2016 Eastern European Business Elite Awards. The Awards, which are run by Corporate Vision magazine, followed an extensive research and voting process conducted over the course of two months. Jan Simunek, CEO of Continental Europe, said: "Eastern Europe has proved to be a very challenging region for most of the international communications agencies. Grayling has succeeded where others have failed because we have consistently been able to demonstrate the impact of our work on our clients’ bottom line. This award is a reflection of that.” The Eastern Europe Business Elite Awards recognise firms with unfaltering client and customer service, and those who endeavour to offer the very best in their respective industries. 16 countries were covered by the Awards: Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine. Earlier this year Grayling was also awarded Eastern Europe PR Consultancy of the Year 2016 at the EMEA SABRE Awards Gala in Berlin.

International public relations company “Grayling”, represented by “vipcommunications” in Baltic countries, was announced as the agency of the year in Eastern Europe. It gained this title in prestige public relations awards “Sabre”. “Grayling” was awarded for its outstanding projects for international clients, such as “Google”, “British Airways”, “Visa”, “HP”. “vipcommunications” also had the experience working with these brands. “In all Baltic countries we have worked with “Google”, together with Estionia – with “HP”, we also had the ability to participate in “Airbnb”, “Hilton”, “Red Bull” contests. This way our clientele exceeded. Moreover, we had an opportunity to share and exchange our know-how with colleagues which allowed us to raise the quality of our services. Overall, decision to represent “Grayling” in Baltic countries met our expectations”, - said Darius Gudelis, founder and chairman of the board of “vipcommunications”. “Sabre” awards – one of the most prestigious public relations awards, held in Europe, Africa and Middle East. Every year it receives more than 2000 applications in various categories. Comission of the awards is formed from communication and marketing experts from various countries. A part of international communication network “vipcommunications” became at the end of year 2015. “Grayling” activities are being developed in 5 regions: Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia. Overall – more than 50 offices in more than 30 cities. Company’s annual income reaches about 100 mln. Eu. Together with the beggining of spring “vipcommunications“ invited media representatives to review financial results and events of the year of “Kalnapilis – Tauras group“. During the meeting representatives of “Kalnapilis – Tauras group“ looked over last year, presented some prognosis for year 2016 and discussed challenges, which had aroused in today‘s bear market in Lithuania. CEO of one the biggest bear manufacturers in Lithuania Marijus Kirstukas gave an optimistic forecast. According to him, in shrinking bear marker very few opportunities are to be seen: ability to increase the line of salable products, ability to further invest into modernisation of equipment as well as to strengthen company‘s positions in foreign markets. In the meeting also other issues were talked over – deposit system and increased size of bear excise. Widely publicly discussed question about the assumption of the alcohol in Lithuania, its consequences to the society and the role of bear manufacturers in the process were also not left unmentioned. Together with journalists possible future scripts were discussed together with the changes that awaits bear manufacturers.
